Okay, so normally, I would be here telling you about my latest love in the fashion world or something like that, but I have to get something off my chest... I am, at heart, a tom-boy. I know, I know, "but Alli, you like CLOTHES! And you design jewelry!!" You're right, but growing up being a daddy's girl, I always wanted to hang out with my dad, so I gained a love of tools and cars (you will likely see a car post up here one day soon, for reals). And this week, I'm gonna talk about my absolute favorite tool in my collection, my rotary tool...
Why am I telling you all this? Because I'm a crafter and I feel that every crafter should have a rotary tool... Dead serious on this one. Look at all those awesome bits that come with this thing!!! There's a few for cutting, a few for sanding and a few for polishing and MANY, MANY more. If you like to craft, I highly recommend one of these. They make small sanding projects a breeze (no seriously, it's saved my hands on numerous occasions). Now I have you interested in power tools, huh?? Well, for those of you saying "I do a ton of sanding, but it's all large," here's my bonus crush of the week, my power sander!

ReplyDeleteIt's the best! I make jewelry and it makes polishing my jewelry a breeze and it's super easy to sand the inside of a ring... imagine trying to sand the inside of a ring by hand... know that it's 10x worse than what you're imagining... :)
