Happy Monday, everyone! Hope your weekend was great!
A few months ago, there was a lot of controversy over the Kate Moss quote about how she'd rather be skinny than eat something that tastes good, and, while I'm sure that it was all blown out of proportion, I don't think your end goal should be skinny... I think the end goal of eating should be healthy. So, I modified her quote for my motivation this week (although I'm sure I'm not the first one to do this...)
As you guys may know, I'm going to try to do a Whole 30 cleanse soon. But even before that, there are changes that I should make in my diet, like not eating so much sugar (ahem, Oreos) that will make me feel healthier and, therefore, happier. Why do I feel the need to do this? Because I feel tired all the time and I know that I can feel better physically. The healthier I eat, the easier it will be to make it to the gym as well.
Hopefully I can start eating healthier. Do you have a goal to better yourself? What is it?
