The Day I Was Fashionably Late to My Own Party

Okay, well this hasn't ACTUALLY happened yet, but on Sunday, Ryan and I will be having a Superbowl party at my house. Why? I'm not exactly sure. I love football and so I'm one of those crazy women who actually watches the game. I know, I know, I'm a disgrace and won't be Instagraming or Pinning while the game is on. What kind of girl am I?

But I'm flying back from the wedding on Superbowl Sunday, so I will miss part of the game :( I'm seriously going to be 5 hours late to a party at my house. Why he decided to have a party when I'm not going to be there to help him clean, I have no idea. I'm not at ALL complaining though. This means I get out of weekly chores such as ensuring the guest bathroom that only gets used by friends is clean. Not a bad deal!

But when all is said and done, I feel like it's strange that I'm going to be 5 hours late to a party at my own house. Is that as weird as I think it is??
